Please accept my thanks on behalf of the
entire "Geraldo" staff
for assisting us on our expose of child pornography. Your expertise
in this area helped our news crew to move quickly and accurately
in pinpointing the New York City dealers of this material. Moreover,
your dedication and concern for righting this wrong inspired many
of our staff. We wish you continued success in your crusade.
Sincerely,

I just want to thank you for all the help you've given me over the
last
I hope you didn't mind being first on my rolodex these days, but
there's no one I trust more to lead me to the right sources and to
act as a spokesperson against all these issues.
Your research has opened all of our eyes to what's going on in our
own communities and I hope we can continue to work together in the
battle against all of these people who are hurting our children.
Best Always,

Just a note to thank you for your participcation in our program:
A Closer Look.
Your expertise and insight into the world of child pornography were
extremely helpful to me in putting together the research for the
show, and your appearance allowed us to give a point of view that
might otherwise not have been presented; the horror of the victimization
of children that occurs to fulfil the demand for kiddie porn.
The show airs on Tuesday March 10th at 11:30am in New York, and
at other times all across the country, check your local listings!
I hope we will be able to work together again, dedicating more time
to this important, and under-reported, issue.
Yours sincerely,
Kessoca Velmans

Thank you again for being a guest on our program that we taped last
eveing on sex rings.
This is the 3rd time you've been a guest on Geraldo and as always
we find you highly informed and capable to present the information
in a clear and passionate deliver.
I want to congratulate you on your upcoming book on satanism.
I've produced 4 of the daytime programs on this shocking topic and
am planning to do another. We are committed to following the story.
Our next program will focus on an attorney who was kidnapped and
a sheriff who is prosecuting known satanists who have infiltrated
a local police force. People in the field, from investigators, detectives,
FBI agents and therapists, all applaud our efforts to continue to
expose abuse in the name of Satan.
I want to do the same. I applaud your efforts in writing about such
a controversial subject. So many people just don't know what is really
going on, but hopefully your book will help shed more light on this
very dark area.
Sincerely,
Penny Price

On September 28, 1983, I enrolled my 2-1/2
old daughter in the best little preschool in Manhattan Beach, California.
Six months later the entire staff, plus three of the former teachers
were arrested for "child molestation". I had virtually
no idea what that meant, nor did anyone else I could find at the
time. So, I set out to find out exactly what had happened, and
why.
A few brave individuals with incredible foresight
and persistance have pioneered the way for a safer world for children.
In my quest to discover the truth about child abuse I have met
many special, unselfish and caring people all over the United States.
Mr. Philip Carlo is one of those individuals. I have had the pleasure
of knowing Philip for several years and his dedication and insight
into the issues involving children are unsurpassed. His book, "Stolen
Flower", is a brilliant work and should be required reading
for anyone who deals with abused children. When I read Philip's book
I relived the gut wrenching shock I first felt when my little girl
began to disclose her abuse. Usually the stories these children have
to tell are too terrible to hear, but it is the only way one can
begin to identify with the intense pain and begin to heal. Philip
makes the reader angry, he makes you feel the unfairness. He makes
you want to act.
We have all come a long way. Five years ago
I did not think we could make the progress we have made in such
an unchartered field. Children were fair game for anyone who wanted
to exploit and use them. They were truly "seen and not heard".
The McMartin trial is not over. No one knows if the justice system
will listen to the childrens' painful memories. One thing is certain,
though, children are just a little bit safer in this world because
of the awareness and the education that has now begun. We have worked
hard and we have a lot of the answers now. There is still work to
be done and we can be certain Philip Carlo wil continue to dedicate
his life to helping make this the beautiful world that all children
should have the right to enjoy.
Sincerely,

You were as provocative and as energetic as ever. Your views, knowledge
and heartfelt emotions on the topic of child pornography came across
not only in the studio but on the home screen as well.
Thank you for being on hand and I wish every guest was as engaging
and as thought provoking as you. You are always a welcome addition
to any panel of guests. I do hope to continue to work with you in
the future.
Sincerely,
